We include the treatments your clinic offers, and if something’s missing, we’ll create it for you. Clinic-specific info like pricing, disclaimers, or details are added and customized by our team
How do I add or update treatments in the Patient Info Hub?
Just send us the treatment name and any clinic-specific info (like pricing or disclaimers). If we don’t already have the treatment in our system, we’ll create a custom version for your clinic.
What kind of content is included for each treatment?
Each treatment includes a written explanation, educational drawings, and optional clinic-specific info such as pricing, disclaimers, or pre/post-treatment notes.
Can I request custom content for my clinic’s services?
Yes! If there’s a treatment you offer that isn’t yet in the Patient Info Hub, we’ll create tailored content for it—just send us a request.
Where is the Patient Info Hub located?
It’s integrated directly into your Smart Website, under a dedicated section that patients can explore without logging in.
Can we add videos or other media?
Currently, the Patient Info Hub includes drawings and text, but video is on the roadmap. Let us know if you’d like to be notified when it’s available.
