How do I contact support?

You can reach us by email at [support@dentalflow.com] or through our contact form. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.

What are your support hours?

We’re available Monday to Friday, 09:00–16:00 (CET)

Outside those hours, you can still get help from Klara, our Virtual Assistant. She’s always online on our website to guide you through common questions and help you submit requests — any time, day or night.

Can multiple team members contact support?

Yes, but only approved team members from your clinic can request changes or updates. To protect your clinic’s data and ensure secure communication, we only process requests from people who are officially registered with us. If a new team member needs access, just let us know—we’ll add them to your clinic’s approved contact list

How quickly do you respond to requests?

We aim to respond to all requests within 1 business day. Our team handles updates continuously throughout the day, so once your request is received, we’ll take care of it as soon as possible.

Can I schedule a meeting with the team?

Yes! Every clinic has one 30-minute Zoom support meeting included per month - ideal for discussing updates, reviewing campaigns, or getting strategic input. If you need help outside of the monthly Zoom, you're always welcome to contact us through email or Klara (our Virtual Assistant). Support is unlimited via these channels, and we're here to handle all your day-to-day requests quickly and efficiently.
